The 5 Most Affordable Areas in Andalusia (and What You Get for That Price)
1. Caños de Meca Area — starting at €7.50 (Barbate, Cádiz)
The clear winner during the off-season. Just 150 meters from Los Caños Beach and right next to the Trafalgar Lighthouse, with shaded campsites equipped with electricity, hot showers, and Wi-Fi. In the middle of August, rates go up to €22, so the best deal is to come in spring, fall, or winter—when the Costa de la Luz is at its best.
2. M&H El Rincón RV Park — €10–12 (Rincón de la Victoria, Málaga)
The lowest price on the entire Costa del Sol: €10 in the off-season and €12 in the high season, located 550 meters from Los Rubios Beach and just a quarter of an hour from Málaga. Hot showers, water change facilities, and a pet-walking area.

What is included (and what is not) in the price of a unit?
In almost all areas of our network, the price per night includes a parking spot for a vehicle with up to 4 occupants, gray and black water disposal, and drinking water refill. The most common extra charge is for electricity, ranging from €3 to €5 per day —though in some areas, such as Ronda or Caños de Meca, it’s already included. Hot showers, Wi-Fi, and video surveillance are usually included in the price; typical extras include an additional person (€3/night) and, in certain areas, a paid shower (in Ronda, €1 for 5 minutes). All areas in the network allow pets.
Are there any free RV parks in Andalusia?
This is the most frequently asked question, and it deserves an honest answer: there are still some free municipal sites available, but they’re becoming increasingly scarce; they usually lack amenities (no showers, no electricity, sometimes not even waste disposal), and in the summer they’re overcrowded. And be careful with the “sleep in any parking lot” option: the regulations distinguish between overnight parking (allowed wherever parking is permitted) and camping (setting up awnings, tables, or leveling blocks—which is punishable by a fine), and each coastal municipality adds its own ordinances. First: Travel during the off-season —in areas like Caños de Meca or Milucar, the price difference between January and August can be as much as €14 per night, and in Andalusia, you can go to the beach in November. Second: head inland — Alcalá la Real or Maracena (with Granada just 15 minutes away by tram) are cheaper than the coastal areas. Third: figure out if you’ll need electricity — if your RV has a good battery and solar panels, you’ll save €3–5 each day. Fourth: all-inclusive sites —in Olivares, Agua Amarga, or Alcalá, water changes are already included in the price, with no surprises.
